Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead bar operations during shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Craft and serve a wide variety of cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
Mentor and support junior bartenders and barbacks.
Contribute to menu development, seasonal cocktails, and innovative drink concepts.
Manage stock levels, perform ordering, and oversee inventory control.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Deliver excellent customer service, engaging with guests to create a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
Handle cash, payments, and till operations with accuracy and integrity.

Requirements

2–3 years of proven bartending experience, with some time in a senior or supervisory role preferred.
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, spirits, beer, and wine.
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
