What does the role look like?

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for building and scaling the backend infrastructure that powers our trading platforms and developer products. You’ll work directly with our product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to design, implement, and optimize services that handle mission-critical workloads.

You’ll be expected to:

• Architect and implement backend services in Go.
• Design APIs, data models, and distributed systems that scale reliably.
• Ensure performance, resilience, and fault tolerance in production environments.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and growth teams to deliver features from concept to launch.
• Contribute to overall systems architecture in a modern cloud-native environment.

  – developer infrastructure for trading products.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in

  Go (Golang)

  .
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Ability to contribute to systems architecture and lead backend engineering discussions.

Nice to haves

• Interest in trading, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems.
• Exposure to open-source contributions or impactful side projects.
