What You Will Do

• Build, improve, and maintain backend services using

  Java

  .
• Create and manage

  REST APIs

  and

  microservices

  that work smoothly with other systems.
• Use

  Apache Kafka

  to handle real-time data and event-based processing.
• Deploy and run backend applications on

  AWS

  (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Work closely with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams.
• Find and fix performance, reliability, and security issues.
• Review code, guide junior engineers, and share knowledge with the team.
• Write clean, well-tested code and follow best practices for CI/CD.
• Stay updated with new backend technologies and tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 6+ years

  of experience in backend software development.
• Strong experience with

  Java

  and object-oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience building

  REST APIs

  and

  microservices

  .
• Experience using

  Apache Kafka

  for messaging or data streaming.
• Experience working with

  AWS cloud services

  such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  and data modeling.
• Knowledge of

  Docker and Kubernetes

  is a plus.
• Understanding of Agile development, CI/CD, and the software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
