Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Back Office Executive to manage and support core administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth internal operations, data accuracy, and timely execution of back-office functions while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily back office operations including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Verify and maintain data accuracy in databases and systems.
  • Prepare reports, MIS, and analysis for management review.
  • Handle confidential company information and ensure data security.
  • Coordinate with front-office staff and other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues.
  • Train and supervise junior back office staff and provide necessary guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for administrative needs (if applicable).
  • Respond to internal and external queries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of back office software or ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a back office or administrative role.
  • Prior experience in a senior or supervisory capacity is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with standard business hours.
  • May require occasional extended hours to meet deadline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
