Senior Audit Specialist

As an Assistant Manager at EY Assurance, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables for global client serving assurance teams. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: Role Overview: You will lead engagements from the GDS front, manage team performance, and maintain relationships with key EY Global counterparts. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing EY Quality and Risk Management procedures and standardizing review processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work - Demonstrate strong understanding of Global Audit Methodology (GAM) - Develop relationships with key EY Global counterparts - Implement EY Quality and Risk Management procedures - Manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance - Standardize review processes and leverage best practices - Motivate and lead team members, identify key talents, and provide coaching - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback/training - Lead by example Qualifications Required: - Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) / ACCA / CPA - 3-4 years post-qualification experience in accounting firms or MNCs - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook - Interest in business and commerciality Additional Details of the Company: EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a global delivery network operating across six locations.
