efficiency analysis

operational assessments

performance improvement
initiatives. The candidate will support clients in strategic evaluation projects with a focus on cost take-out and enterprise value optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Zero-Based Reviews (ZBR) to assess baseline operations and develop cost-optimization roadmaps
- Conduct process reviews and spearhead process reengineering initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance throughput
- Perform comprehensive efficiency analysis to identify improvement areas across operations, finance, supply chain, and shared services
- Drive operational assessments to benchmark performance and prioritize transformation initiatives
- Deliver actionable performance improvement recommendations with measurable KPIs and ROI
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed changes and support strategic decision-making
- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies including workforce, procurement, and footprint optimization
- Design and execute cost take-out programs aligned with clients' strategic goals
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to client stakeholders, from functional leads to C-suite executives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with client teams and internal specialists to ensure successful delivery of projects
