Overseeing the daily operations of the IT department and ensuring that systems and networks are running smoothly
Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes to improve IT operations and increase efficiency and productivity.
Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure that the pending tickets are closed within SLA.
Leading a team (North Locations) of IT professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Maintaining a strong understanding of the organization's business needs and working closely with other departments to ensure that IT is aligned with those needs.
Ensuring that the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards andcompany regulations.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders via help desk.
Managing the help desk team and evaluate performance.
Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate daily.
Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement.
Train and support help desk representatives.
Should take care of north locations shrinkage & attrition.
Should be aware of SLA's and its calculation.
Should follow up with the ASL's to provide the backup when an engineer is going on a leave.
Should work closely with all the locations to ensure all the critical activities are closed on time (PM/PAV, Patch updates, Trend micro, etc)
Should provide the support to VIP user and comfortable working in rotational shifts
