Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle bulk hiring requirements efficiently within defined timelines.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Specialize in Non-IT hiring with a focus on BFSI and BPO talent pools.
Lead, mentor, and guide a recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, networking, and referrals.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong expertise in Non-IT and bulk hiring.

• Prior experience in BFSI and/or BPO recruitment preferred.

• Proven team handling experience is a must.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
