Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SR Associate - SCM to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with expertise in procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage revenue accounts independently, providing timely technical and commercial information related to the company's business.
Collaborate and train assigned SCM Analysts on daily work responsibilities.
Directly interact with clients to ensure smooth customer management.
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping departments to facilitate material delivery to clients.
Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Competent to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Experience working with international SCM systems and processes is an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are desirable.
