Senior Associate – Research, Implementation & Partnerships

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Lead and mentor multiple research projects.

·        Oversee project lifecycles: planning, budgeting, scheduling, monitoring, and quality assurance.

·        Act as the Point of contact between the company and assigned clients.

·        Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships, facilitate status updates, and ensure expectations are met.

·        Develop comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research designs—including surveys programming, interview guides, and focused group methodologies.

·        Deploy and manage survey programming using ODK, Kobo Toolbox, Survey CTO,

·        Oversee data collection, ensuring adherence to research protocols and ethical standards.

·        Conduct qualitative data analysis and synthesis to derive actionable insights.

·        Prepare high-quality research reports, dashboards, presentations, and policy briefs for internal stakeholders and clients

·        Present findings to clients—converting complex analyses into clear, strategic recommendations.

·        Design and implement monitoring frameworks, theories of change, logical frameworks, and M&E protocols

·        Lead impact evaluation studies in social/development contexts.

Candidate

·        Have Prior experience of 3-5 years into Qualitative and Quantitative Research analysis, instrument designing, report writing, Survey programming, Monitoring and impact evaluation studies in the field of Education in Social Sector / Development Sector.

·        Must have proven experience of Business Development for minimum 1 year.

·        Experience and familiarity with ODK /Kobo Toolbox / Survey CTO and Stata/ HPSS/ SaaS/ Python.

·        Strong analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to contextualize technical results effectively.
