As an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in contract staffing, your role will involve managing the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles in contract staffing. This includes sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels such as portals, social media, and referrals. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients and candidates, maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants, ensuring timely onboarding, and achieving hiring targets to contribute to team performance.
