Senior Associate Recruitment

As a Tech Recruiter for GCC Clients based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for managing mid to senior-level hiring for Global Capability Centre clients. Your role will involve working closely with GCC-based clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality talent within defined timelines and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology positions such as Cloud, IoT, Java, Python, and Software Developers. - Partner with GCC-based clients to comprehend their hiring requirements and provide suitable talent. - Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting. - Efficiently handle mid to senior-level mandates with a quick turnaround time. - Develop and nurture a robust talent pipeline for recurring tech roles. - Achieve and surpass revenue targets (5x of salary) by consistently performing and closing positions. - Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure high satisfaction levels. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in GCC or international hiring. - Profound knowledge of technology stacks and the ability to evaluate technical skill sets. - Outstanding communication skills and adept at managing stakeholders effectively. - Demonstrated track record in closing mid to senior-level positions within tight deadlines. - Capability to work independently in a hybrid setup from Bangalore. - Driven by targets with a focus on achieving results.
