What You’ll Be Doing Understanding client briefs and aligning hiring strategies with business goals Sourcing top-tier talent through databases, referrals, social platforms, and headhunting Screening candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit Conducting interviews and preparing detailed candidate summaries Managing client communications — from requirement gathering to feedback and negotiations Coordinating interview schedules , feedback loops, and offer rollouts Negotiating offers and ensuring smooth onboarding for successful hires Maintaining candidate pipelines and building long-term relationships Researching industries and talent markets to stay ahead of hiring trends 💼 What You’ll Bring: 5–7 years of experience in executive or leadership hiring . You’ve done 180° recruitment — from managing clients to closing roles like a pro. Solid communication skills, and the ability to make both clients and candidates feel heard and valued.
