Senior Associate Fund/Client Accounting

Join us and be part of something extraordinary.We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate Fund/Client Accounting to join our Alternative Operations team. This role is located in Chennai.In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Design and implement new processes that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct process audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in the business process reengineering.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in business process reengineering, process improvement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools such as Visio, Lucid chart, or similar.
- Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx, AYR, UiPath, and MS Power Tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL..
- Experience in AI, Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing
- Expertise in the complex processes of integrating ML/AI across existing and modified applications.
- Excellent communication and exposure to presentation tools like Canva, Flourish etc.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or a related methodology is a plus.
