Senior Associate Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Consulting:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business problems, define analytics objectives, and develop effective solutions.
• Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on data analysis and insights to improve decision-making and performance.

Advanced Analytics & Tools Proficiency:

• Utilize statistical and analytical tools like

  R, Python, SQL, SAS,

  or similar technologies to build models and perform analysis.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g.,

  Tableau, Power BI,

  etc.) for reporting and visualization.
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g.,

  AWS, Google Cloud, Azure

  ).

Data Analysis & Insights Generation:

• Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining techniques to extract valuable insights from large datasets.
• Interpret complex data trends and patterns, translating them into actionable business strategies.
• Create data visualizations
  and reports to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management & Execution:

• Manage multiple analytics projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and report on the status of deliverables.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and business objectives.

Team Collaboration:

• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive analytics solutions.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, and continuously explore new methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
• Suggest innovative analytics solutions to address business needs and drive business transformation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA degree and Under graduation in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.

• 2-3 years of pre-MBA experience in analytics (SQL/Python), consulting, or a related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and analytics consulting.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) and data manipulation (e.g., SQL).
• Strong experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and their application to real-world business problems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to clients in a clear and actionable manner.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
