Position: Associate / Senior Associate Chairmans Office

Gurugram

Corporate Chairman - Supervisory Board

Role Overview:

Responsibilities:

This position supports the office of the Supervisory Board, requiring a high degree of discretion, professionalism, and initiative. The role is ideal for a highly organized and proactive professional

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide executive-level administrative support to a member of the Supervisory Board.

Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments

(both professional and personal).

Handle communication workflows

coordination with senior leadership.

• Organize and manage domestic and international travel logistics including itinerary

planning, accommodation, transportation, and hospitality arrangements.

• Maintain strict confidentiality across all interactions and documentation.

• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, briefs, and minutes as required.

• Analyze data, identify trends, and support decision-making with actionable insights.

• Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Supervisory

Board.

Handle budgeting support tasks

aiding in budget preparation.

• Coordinate hospitality and protocol arrangements for all guests of the Supervisory

Board.

Required skills and qualifications:

Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience

CEO or Founder

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple

concurrent projects

• Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and

systems

• Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its

employees
