What You’ll Do

• Act as a

  strategic extension of the CEO

  , driving high-priority initiatives across functions and regions.
• Partner with leadership to identify, plan, and execute

  AI-led growth, efficiency, and transformation projects.

• Lead deep-dive analyses into business performance, market opportunities, and competitive positioning to guide leadership decisions.
• Build and operationalize frameworks that

  translate strategic intent into measurable outcomes.

• Own and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and speed of execution.
• Support the CEO in

  board, investor, and leadership communication

  — but with focus on insight and action, not just decks.
• Be the “connective tissue” between strategy and execution — ensuring priorities move from idea → plan → outcome.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  strategy, consulting, business operations, or founder’s office roles

  (Tech / SaaS / high-growth startup background preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability — you turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Founder’s mindset: you

  , move fast, and take ownership end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across levels.
• Deep curiosity for
