Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Counselor to drive enrollments for ourpremium finance upskilling courses
The ideal candidate will be responsible for consultativeselling, lead conversion, and guiding students/professionals toward career-enhancingopportunities in the finance industry
We focus on upskilling graduates and professionals with premium programs like InvestmentBanking, Financial Modeling, and Accounting, backed by industry-branded certificatesthat enhance employability

Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and website inquiries intoenrollments.
Understand the needs of prospective learners and recommend suitable courses thatalign with their career aspirations.
Effectively pitch course benefits, industry-branded certifications, and career growthopportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with potential students through calls, emails.
Achieve sales targets through structured follow-ups and consultative selling.

Requirements:

1-3 of experience in edtech sales, counseling, or consultative selling.
Strong communication and persuasive skills to guide learners in making informeddecisions.
Prior experience in selling premium education programs is preferred.
Understanding of finance and banking-related careers is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM tools (NPF/LSQ) and lead management systems.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students succeed
