Key Responsibilities

4-7 years of experience in office administration, facilities, or operations.
Experience working in a corporate or tech/startup environment preferred.
Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
Hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail and accountability.
