We’re Hiring: Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Process Improvement

Are you passionate about enhancing efficiency, streamlining workflows, and driving impactful change through process excellence?We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our Process Improvement team in Delhi (Work from Office).

What You’ll Do:

Analyze and optimize key business process cycles (SCM, Finance, HR, Marketing, Production, etc.)Lead process automation and digitalization initiativesDevelop and implement SOPs & Delegation of Authority frameworksConduct risk assessments and create risk control matrices (RCM)Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sustainable operational improvements

Who You Are:

Graduate / Chartered Accountant (preferred)0–1 year of experience in process improvement, audit, or analyticsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsProficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP systems🕘

Timings

: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM📅

Working Days

: Monday to Saturday🏢
