Job Title: Retail Area Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 (plus performance-based incentives)
Location: Must be willing to travel across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Area Manager to oversee and manage multiple retail stores across UP and Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in handling multiple fashion/apparel brands, leading diverse store teams, and achieving sales and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations across multiple stores in the region
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and profitability store-wise
• Recruit, train, and manage store managers and sales staff
• Monitor visual merchandising, customer experience, and store hygiene
• Track inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely replenishment
• Conduct regular audits and ensure SOP adherence
• Analyze market trends and suggest strategies for sales growth
• Travel extensively to visit stores, ensure performance standards, and resolve issues
• Provide monthly business reviews and performance reports to senior management
• Handle escalations, customer feedback, and team conflicts professionally

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in retail/apparel industry
• Proven experience in managing multiple stores and teams simultaneously
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to travel extensively across UP and Uttarakhand
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Well-versed in MS Office, retail analytics, and CRM tools
