Senior Area Sales Manager

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement area-specific sales strategies for Karenin, Luvlap, Duracell Ultra, and Disano Food.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across product categories.

• Market Development

• Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and retail partners in Delhi & Haryana.
• Expand market share by driving product visibility in pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets, and general trade.

• Team Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and distributors.
• Monitor performance, set KPIs, and ensure alignment with company goals.

• Channel & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and ensure timely collections.

• Brand Promotion & Marketing Support

• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure effective merchandising and in-store visibility.

• Reporting & Analysis

• Provide regular sales reports, competitor analysis, and market insights to senior management.
• Track inventory, supply chain efficiency, and ensure product availability.
