Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Architect with 2+ years of experience to lead design development, manage site coordination, and work directly with clients and consultants. You’ll have the opportunity to work on unique residential projects and contribute your vision from concept to execution. Key Responsibilities Design and develop architectural concepts and detailed plans Prepare working drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials Conduct site visits and coordinate with project execution teams Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements Work with consultants and vendors for seamless integration of services Supervise and support junior team members Ensure designs comply with local building norms and regulations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical skills Good understanding of residential construction practices Strong communication and team coordination skills Knowledge of Vastu principles is an advantage Benefits Competitive salary and growth opportunities Work on premium residential and villa projects Supportive and collaborative work culture To Apply Email your resume and portfolio to [hr@landmate.in] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 18/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
