Job Title: Project Manager Location: Calicut, Kerala Company: LandMate – Architecture | Construction | Interior Design Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2.5-3+years (preferred in construction/interior design/architecture sectors) ⸻ About Us: LandMate is a multidisciplinary design and construction firm based in Calicut, known for delivering innovative, high-quality residential, commercial, and healthcare projects. We pride ourselves on combining creativity with practical execution to bring every project vision to life. ⸻ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee our architectural, construction, and interior design projects from conception through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, liaising with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction/design projects Communicate with clients to understand requirements and expectations Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and vendors Conduct site visits, supervise construction activities, and ensure quality control Identify risks and troubleshoot project issues as they arise Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety standards Generate reports on progress and communicate updates to stakeholders Lead project meetings and manage project documentation ⸻ Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field Proven experience in project management within construction/interior/architecture fields Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar software) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Fluency in Malayalam and English (written and spoken) ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with design-build firms Familiarity with 3D architecture and interior design tools ⸻ Salary: Competitive and based on experience. ⸻ How to Apply: Send your CV and portfolio (if applicable) to hr@landmate.in.
