About the Role:

Senior Architect

You’ll be at the forefront of translating medical visions into architectural realities—working closely with doctors, planners, engineers, and execution teams to deliver high-performance healthcare facilities that support innovation in care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the

  architectural planning and design

  of hospital and healthcare projects (greenfield & brownfield).
• Coordinate with medical planners, structural and MEP consultants to integrate functionality and design.
• Ensure compliance with

  NABH

  , local building codes, and international healthcare design standards.
• Drive user-centric design focused on

  patient flow, infection control, and clinical efficiency

  .
• Manage design documentation through all project stages—from concept to construction drawings.
• Conduct site visits and work with execution teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Review and mentor junior architects within the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a reputed institution.
• 10+ years of experience with at least

  5 years in hospital/healthcare design

  .
• Deep understanding of healthcare planning principles, codes, and operational flows.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and healthcare-specific planning tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
