We are expanding and looking for a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team and lead the design and development of high-end residential & commercial interior projects.

Position Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, strong structural understanding, and deep expertise in residential interior architecture. The candidate must be capable of independently producing all required architectural and interior drawings from concept to execution level, ensuring design accuracy, feasibility, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver complete sets of architectural and interior drawings for residential projects, including:
• Layout plans
• Detailed sections and elevations
• Working drawings
• Structural coordination drawings
• Electrical, plumbing & HVAC layouts
• Furniture, false ceiling, and lighting plans
• Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of design execution.
• Incorporate structural and service elements seamlessly into design development.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and Vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, execution support, and resolving design-related issues.
• Present designs and drawings to clients and internal teams effectively.
• Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and adherence to project deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized and reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working on residential and commercial interior projects.
• Strong understanding of structural principles, construction methodologies, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with building codes, regulatory standards, and compliance norms.
• Excellent space planning skills, a strong eye for detail, and sound material knowledge.
• Capable of independently managing design deliverables and meeting tight project timelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and execution teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
