Job Description

Responsibilities Provide technical support for CNC machine installation, commissioning, and operation. Conduct on-site customer training, trials, and application testing. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions. Support new product launches with documentation, testing, and localization. Prepare technical manuals, training materials, and support documents. Participate in demos, exhibitions, and customer meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. 7–8 years of experience in the precision machinery industry.
