Role Overview:

Technical Lead – Android

Key Responsibilities:

• Prototype, design, and develop robust Android applications supporting multi-country, multi-currency, and multi-brand use cases.
• Translate business needs and high-level specifications into functional mobile application features in collaboration with stakeholders and end users.
• Mentor and lead junior developers, ensuring adherence to established development standards and coding practices.
• Champion continuous improvement in coding standards, software quality, and development processes.
• Lead agile software engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners to create long-term technical strategies and product roadmaps.
• Effectively communicate technical vision and project updates to internal teams and leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI design, backend services, architecture, QA, and DevOps for end-to-end product delivery.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum

  6+ years

  of experience in Android application development.
• At least

  2+ years

  of hands-on experience with

  Kotlin

• 3+ years

  of experience managing and mentoring teams of

• Strong experience (4+ years) in

  Java
