Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales and post-sales operational support
Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely order processing
Track and resolve customer or order issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams
Serve as liaison between customers/partners and the sales organization
Facilitate seamless product and sales information flow
Drive process improvements in sales operations
Handle order escalations and manage SKUs effectively

Exercise discretion and independent judgment in resolving complex issues
