Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Identify target areas and potential customer segments for new business opportunities.
Pre-screen customer segments in line with organizational norms and eligibility criteria.
Ensure timely login of cases and follow through to successful disbursement.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling suitable products.
Execute sales promotion activities to increase customer engagement and enhance the visibility of the TCFSL brand.
Build strong internal and external client relationships to reinforce brand identification and support business growth.
Ensure vendor empanelment and establish productive relationships with new vendors.
Develop and strengthen distribution channels to support business expansion.
Ensure adherence to all Audit requirements, RBI regulations, and internal policies.
