As a Junior Pre-Sales Executive , you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, playing a key role in creating awareness about our turnkey construction services. Role & responsibilities Initiate cold calls to potential customers and explain our construction services confidently. Engage leads via WhatsApp , calls , and other digital mediums to generate interest and convert prospects. Follow up daily with all assigned leads to maintain strong engagement and build trust. Maintain and update lead status in the CRM or internal tracking systems. Assist in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team to take forward. Work closely with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and improve outreach. Maintain a positive and professional tone in all client interactions. Preferred candidate profile Freshers only (No prior experience required; training will be provided). Strong verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory). Must be confident and bold in speaking with new people. Passionate about sales, communication, and customer interaction. Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence. Must be proactive, energetic, and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and internet research is a plus.

Role & responsibilities Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, background checks, reference checks, Salary Negotiation, offer management, and on-boarding procedures across all organizational levels. • Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Note Sheets, and Policies in alignment with business requirements and to ensure the adherence of same. • Ensure meticulous documentation of the recruitment process, maintaining accurate records. • Develop and implement strategies for increasing the candidates pool and usage of alternate avenues of sourcing. • Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Analyse recruitment-related MIS reports. • Ensuring Recruitment Cost Optimization. • Ensure completion of tasks within the pre-defined TAT. • Manage team performance, delegate tasks, resolve queries, and provide necessary support wherever required. • Manage the timely execution of PMS activities, including leading the PMS team to ensure the timely issuance of Job Descriptions (JD) and Key Result Areas (KRA) • Provide robust support for HR-related issues. • Spearhead the development of the second line resource. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Underwriting Senior Analyst to support CRE loan underwriting processes, including Pre-Screen Services and Preliminary Loan Sizing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRE loan basics, operating statements, and rent roll analysis.Key Responsibilities: Perform CRE Loan Underwriting for a variety of commercial real estate assets. Conduct Pre-Screen Services to assess the initial viability of loan requests. Perform Preliminary Loan Sizing based on market, financial, and property data. Review and analyze Operating Statements, Rent Rolls, and Borrower Financials to support underwriting decisions. Evaluate property cash flows, tenant lease terms, and market factors to assess risk and recommend appropriate loan structures. Prepare and present underwriting summaries to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with credit teams, sales teams, and external parties as needed. Required Skills & Experience: Solid understanding of Commercial Real Estate Loan Underwriting processes. Experience in Pre-Screen Services, Preliminary Loan Sizing, and CRE loan analysis. Strong ability to interpret Operating Statements, Rent Rolls, and basic property financials. Familiarity with key commercial real estate metrics and loan structuring. Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel-based underwriting tools. Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and risk assessment capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. Prior experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending, Credit Analysis, or Loan Underwriting. Exposure to US Commercial Real Estate markets (if applicable).
