Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve defined business targets by acquiring new customer relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • Identify potential markets and target areas to generate prospective business opportunities.
  • Pre-screen customer segments in accordance with organizational policies and eligibility norms.
  • Ensure timely login of applications and monitor end-to-end disbursement processes.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and offering suitable cross-sell products.
  • Execute sales promotion and marketing activities to enhance customer engagement and build brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Ensure vendor empanelment and cultivate partnerships with newly onboarded vendors.
  • Develop and manage strong distribution channels to support business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal audit guidelines and regulatory norms including RBI regulations.
