Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our growing Risk Analytics and Insight team within Intuit’s Global Business & Self-Employed Group (GBSG). The ideal candidate will work across functions (Fraud & Risk Operations, Data Science, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Finance, etc.) and use data to drive insights which help achieve Intuit Small Business Group’s short and long-term business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Develop compelling visualizations that crystallize business opportunities for business stakeholders and leaders to make timely decisions.
Use forecasting and predictive analytics techniques in developing insights and dashboards and communicate/ collaborate with partners on derived impacts to business.
Mine massive scale transactional data to improve the fraud and credit risk mitigation strategies and design new risk-adjusted policy proposals.
Ensure data collection and data processing is optimized to support new initiatives and product releases.

Skills:

Advanced SQL and coding skills to perform data segmentation and aggregation from scratch.
Good working experience with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau and Quicksight
Knowledge of statistical analysis including A/B and multivariate testing.
Written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with Key Performance Indicator (KPI or OKR) metrics.
