POSITION –SENIOR ANALYST - DIGITAL MARKETING ROLE

This is the MBA hiring track at iQuanti, where we take in promising new MBA graduates into the exciting and emerging field of Digital Marketing & Marketing Analytics.

HIRING OBJECTIVE

Build a pipeline of talent in digital marketing & analytics, which the firm can leverage over the years to build leadership pipeline for key roles impacting our success as a business. People coming into this role will undergo a rigorous foundational training in digital marketing and then be aligned to different solution area groups in iQuanti, these include Search Engine Optimization, Digital Advertising, Digital Marketing Analytics and Experience Optimization.

The individual will be a key team member in our client-facing engagement teams for executing digital marketing programs, conceptualizing and implementing digital marketing strategies for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Digital Marketing Execution: ‒ Execute and collaborate with teams to develop digital marketing solutions across – SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate networks, Mobile, Social media marketing, Site experience optimization (MVT/A-B Testing) etc. ‒ Execution of day-to-day channel execution and optimization activities ‒ Work under supervision of Engagement Manager to execute the project plan ‒ Keep abreast of digital marketing and industry trends, Google updates and best practices ‒ Create high quality outputs, that bring insights and high calibre analysis for our clients ‒ Learn and work on various digital platforms (Adwords, Facebook, Amazon) and tools (Omniture, Google Analytics, SemRush etc.)

2. Problem Solving: ‒ Analyse client business data and define the business problem under the guidance of an Engagement Manager ‒ Break down the problem into smaller modules to enable solution building ‒ Solve the business problems in digital marketing (lead generation/sales/acquisition/branding, etc.) by collaborating with cross functional teams to build the final set of recommendations

3. Communication: ‒ Flawless written and verbal communication with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure project goal progress ‒ Provide regular updates to Engagement Manager and external stakeholders ‒ Provide the client business context to the project team members and help drive the solution development to positively impact client goals

DESIRED SKILLS

1. Strong interest in a career in marketing and specifically in digital marketing

2. Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmaps

3. Strong analytical skills, numerical skills and a good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

4. Broad understanding of digital marketing is preferred

5. Strong communication skills

6. Creative flair and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts

7. Good relationship management skills and a good team player
