Senior Analyst, Invoice Processing

You will be responsible for performing timely and accurate recording of third party supplier invoices into the ledgers according to relevant requirements. This includes monitoring open and overdue invoices, communicating and following up with appropriate stakeholders, gathering, collating, and analyzing data to prepare and maintain various reports, and supporting the preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. Additionally, you will be tracking and resolving outstanding invoice issues, ensuring daily targets on invoice processing are met, reconciling relevant systems and journals, and handling the processing of invoices dropped out from automated channels. You will also support continuous improvement in AP operational processes, process simplification, and compliance.
