About The Team

About the role: (TE)

Purpose of Role: Role enhancement.Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes FAR SL closes and GL close.Ensure that management and statutory reporting is completedaccurately and on time and that the surrounding internal controlprocedures are technically adhered to controlsPerform reconciliations, proactively working on future GLAT.Preparation and posting of FI Portable journals.Maintain AUC Ageing reporting accurately.Give ideas, energy, passion and support to the continuousimprovement of the financial and operational process

Top 3-5 Accountabilities

Perform GL reconciliations, BS analysisWell prepare for external and internal audit (both group and statutory)Active involvement in fixed asset, accrual area.In detailed analysis of AUC process, well connected with FC team and markets.Update annual statutory reports (BS, CF, PL and appendix).Responsible for daily operational accounting and financial activities. Solves arising issues, liaises with collaborators and with other financial colleagues to solve specific issues.Driving issue resolution, pro-actively seek out better ways of doing things and drive implementation of “simpler, faster, better” processes and ways of working.Proactively suggests improvements/additional control points to build in and takes an active part in process improvement projects, in implementation and in the follow up.
