About Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB)

What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

• The selected candidate will join the Lending Services (corporate and commercial banking) team and support bankers in critical lending / credit processes across the end-to-end lending journey.
• Work with the Mutual Fund / FIG Lending team
• Maintain and update compliance data on various lending platforms such as nCino
• Review and interpret fundamental and non-fundamental investment restrictions across mutual funds
• LTV and Exposure Monitoring: Track and analyze loan-to-value (LTV) ratios and other exposure metrics to identify and escalate potential breaches or exceptions
• Track variations in the market value of MF Fund securities to track lending compliance breaches, if any
• Calculate covenants in line with facility agreements and provide detailed rationales for covenant Met / Breach results
• Review small or medium connections on an annual / quarterly / half yearly basis
• Business Overview
• Conduct financial analysis (historical and forecast) (operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios)
• Evaluate covenant performance
• Conduct PD / LGD analysis
• Verify / calculate compliance against bank transaction guidelines (DSC, FCCR, LTV,
• Interest cover, leverage, etc.) or any other sector-based guideline
• Ensure timely completion of team deliverables and maintain high standards of quality and consistency

What we’re looking for:

• Strong accounting and financial skills
• Experience in lending or credit search platforms such as Credit lens, nCino, Lexis / Nexis, and Experian
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong team culture
• Ability to ensure that tasks of team members and in areas of responsibility are completed on time
• Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills
• Ability to challenge current thinking by implementing new ways of working
• Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to our goals and missions
• Bachelor's / master’s degree, with a major in finance, economics, and accounting from a reputed institute with 2–4 years of experience in a similar profile
