Senior Analyst

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. The role enables to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, candidate must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive QA and validation of analytics tags across

  web and mobile platforms

  using Adobe Analytics (AppMeasurement, Mobile SDK, Web SDK).
• Review, validate and troubleshoot

  Adobe Analytics mobile app implementations

  for both iOS and Android (including trackState, trackAction, lifecycle metrics, and XDM/Web SDK–based tagging).
• Investigate tracking issues using tools such as

  Adobe Assurance, Charles Proxy, Android Studio/Logcat, and Xcode device logs

  .

• Recommend implementation fixes or enhancements

  to development teams based on QA findings, gaps, or best practices.
• Support in defining and documenting tracking requirements in collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and developers.
• Test tags, variables, rules, and data layer mappings in Adobe Launch, or similar tools such as Tealium, GTM, or Ensighten.
• Conduct tag validation and QA testing in SIT, UAT, and production environments using debugging tools (Adobe Debugger, Charles Proxy, Adobe Assurance, etc.).
• Execute test cases and tag audits to ensure tracking accuracy and adherence to global measurement standards.
• Support post-implementation validation and assist in identifying and resolving data collection issues.
• Work with senior analytics resources to maintain and update data layer documentation and tagging guides.
• Assist in AppMeasurement upgrades, Mobile SDK updates, and version compatibility testing.
• Validate mobile app tagging for

  hybrid and native

  applications.
• Prepare QA reports, defect logs, implementation summaries, and test results for internal and client reviews.
• Develop simple dashboards and reports using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to support validation needs.
• Ensure all measurement activities adhere to banking domain–specific governance, privacy, and security standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Analytics Implementation / Tag QA, including

  mobile analytics implementation

  .
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Analytics (Reports & Analytics, Workspace) and tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Tealium, GTM, Ensighten).
• Understanding of

  Adobe Mobile SDK, Experience Platform SDK, or Web SDK for mobile events

  .
• Intermediate JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills for validation and debugging.
• Good understanding of TMS architecture, data layer concepts, and analytics implementation workflows.
• Experience using Adobe Debugger, Adobe Assurance, Charles Proxy, or similar tools for debugging and log validation.
• Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and

  provide actionable recommendations

  to developers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies quickly.
• Good communication skills for collaborating with QA, developers, analysts, and product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple testing cycles and deliver within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Adobe Web SDK or AEP tagging frameworks.
• Experience validating mobile SDK tagging for iOS and Android apps (native/hybrid).
• Basic experience in dashboard creation using Excel.
• Domain exposure to Retail Banking, Credit Cards, or Digital Channels.
