Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do Responsibilities Creating reports in Power BI, Excel, and, potentially, other systems Adapting existing reports Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI closing (Material Productivity, Average weighted Payment Terms, Supplier On Time Delivery, etc.) Ad-hoc reporting and analysis support for Supply Chain colleagues Providing mass data analysis Analyzing data and providing initial comments on performance Initiating and participating in continuous improvement projects Harmonization and optimization of master data quality to improve KPI quality Skills and Experience Technical Expertise Sound understanding of SAP systems (S4 HANA and R3) Experience with Databricks and PowerBI Knowledge of data technologies (e.g., SQL, data modeling, data analysis) Analytics Ability to analyze mass data/ KPIs and translate results of analysis into improvement measures Strong understanding of purchasing and procurement processes Communication and Collaboration Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems Strong team player Ability to work independently with a very strong sense of quality and accuracy Benefits We are committed to offering competitive benefits programs for all of our employees and enhancing our programs when necessary.
