Job Description

Job Title: Process Consultant – Consulting & Presales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–6 years (Post-MBA)

Role Overview

Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities

       Understand of key enterprise value chains – P2P, O2C, R2R, S2C, H2R etc. and experience on core business processes for verticals like banking, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing.

       Ability to interact with CXOs, narrate a transformation story and drive proposals independently with sales teams.

       Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements across technologies like RPA, LCNC, AI, Gen AI and deploy solutions with leading enterprise tools in these technologies.

       Experience in process consulting projects including optimization like standardization, business process re-engineering & elimination.

       Deliver projects on process mining leveraging Celons, Signavio to identify process variances, inefficiencies and define business value.

       From a delivery perspective:

o   Lead use case discovery and feasibility assessments across Value chains

o   Support business case development including ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and resource planning.

o   Create implementation roadmaps with short term & long term goals for the organization.

o   Conduct PoC and pilot analysis for AI/GenAI tools (LLMs, chatbots, document intelligence, etc.).

o   Analyse and document process automation workflows (using tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere)

o   Collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to define functional and non-functional requirements for AI-powered solutions.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

       Support pre-sales activities across large RFPs, proactive pitches for named accounts & mine existing accounts

       Excellent skills in client presentations, solution demos, RFP/RFI responses, and value propositions.

       Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align proposals with client goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

       MBA from a reputed institute (preferred focus: Technology, Operations, Strategy, or Analytics).

       Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience

       5–6 years of relevant experience post-MBA in top-tier consulting firms

       Experience on end-to-end lifecycle of automation solution deployment

       Worked with Mining tools (Celonis, Signavio), Automation tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate) and Low code no code platforms (PowerApps, Outsystems, ServiceNow)

       Exposure to AI/ML or Generative AI projects (e.g., GPT, Claude, Vertex AI).

       Experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI management, and proposal development.

Skills

       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

       Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

       Familiarity with AI concepts such as NLP, LLMs, OCR, and knowledge graphs.

       Understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and system integration is a plus.
