Position Overview
We’re looking for a Senior AI/ML Solution Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI and Agentic Systems to lead enterprise-scale AI solution design & implementation.
This role requires:
🔹 Hands-on expertise with LLMs & SLMs
🔹 Architectural vision for scalable enterprise deployments (cloud, edge, on-prem)
🔹 Ability to fine-tune models, orchestrate agents, and integrate AI into enterprise apps
Experience Requirements
✔️ 8+ years in technology & software development
✔️ 2+ years hands-on with LLMs/GenAI systems
✔️ 4+ years in solution architecture (enterprise-scale)
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
Architect scalable agentic solutions using LLMs
Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations
Build multi-agent orchestration systems
Design context & memory management for persistent interactions
Technical Implementation
Build & optimize RAG systems
Deploy agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agno)
Develop fine-tuning strategies for LLMs & SLMs
Architect SLM deployments for constrained environments
Apply compression & quantization for efficient inference
Integration & Connectivity
Design REST/gRPC/GraphQL APIs
Implement event-driven architectures (webhooks, message buses)
Architect secure authentication & SSO/OIDC
Build enterprise connectors (Slack, Jira, Salesforce, CRM/ERP)
Data & Model Management
Build data pipelines (cleaning, deduplication, PII reduction)
Design embedding & re-embedding strategies
Optimize chunking & windowing for mobile environments
Establish model evaluation frameworks
Required Technical Skills
Foundation Models: GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA
SLMs: Phi-3, Gemma, TinyLlama
Agent Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Agno
RAG Systems & Vector Databases
Fine-tuning: LoRA, QLoRA, AdaLoRA, RLHF/RLAIF
Deployment: Multi-platform (cloud, edge, on-prem)
Optimization: Quantization (INT8/INT4), pruning, distillation
Preferred Qualifications
🎓 Master’s/PhD in CS/AI/ML
📖 Published research / OSS contributions
🤝 Experience with multi-modal & cross-modal AI
⚙️ Knowledge of MLOps & model lifecycle mgmt.
📜 Compliance awareness (GDPR, AI Act)
🏆 Track record of leading AI transformation projects
