Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer (LLMs, Voice AI, and Mobile Integration)About the Role.

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive the development of next-generation AI-powered products. This role requires an individual with proven expertise in designing, deploying, and scaling advanced machine learning models, particularly in the areas of Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice AI, Speech-to-Text (STT), Text-to-Speech (TTS), and real-time conversational agents.

The ideal candidate will not only possess technical excellence but also demonstrate adaptability, innovation, and the ability to work across product strategy, engineering, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and integrate machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, Hugging Face Transformers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines) into mobile and web applications.
• Develop and deploy real-time AI Voice Agents and Assistants with capabilities including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, embeddings, and voice-to-voice conversational interactions.
• Deliver end-to-end product development, covering prototyping, model training, optimization, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines to enable knowledge-grounded AI solutions.
• Optimize and deploy ML models for mobile platforms (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), ensuring performance efficiency and scalability.
• Build and integrate robust APIs using REST frameworks, FastAPI, and gRPC.
• Oversee MLOps pipelines, model monitoring, and security optimization in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and investors, effectively presenting technical roadmaps and strategic innovation proposals.
• Stay informed about and experiment with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, AR/VR, Cloud advancements, and Web3.
• Take ownership of projects, driving innovation while ensuring successful product integration and scalability.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Core AI/ML Expertise: Deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, NLP, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Voice AI Competence: Experience with real-time voice applications including STT, TTS, live conversational AI agents, and voice-to-voice assistants.
• Frameworks and Tools: Proficiency with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and open-source LLM frameworks.
• Engineering and Deployment: Strong background in model optimization, deployment pipelines, and monitoring with MLOps.
• Data and Infrastructure: Experience with SQL, Postgres, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Power BI, data engineering, EDA, and vector databases.
• APIs and Integration: Hands-on expertise with REST frameworks, gRPC, FastAPI, and application development and integration.
• Cloud Platforms: Skilled in AWS and GCP, with a focus on security, scalability, and optimization.
• Mobile Deployment: Practical experience deploying ML models into mobile applications (iOS/Android/Flutter/React Native).
• Collaboration: Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mindset: Curiosity, adaptability, multitasking ability, and an entrepreneurial, innovation-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering, with a demonstrated track record of deploying machine learning models in mobile applications.
• Proven expertise in Voice AI technologies (STT, TTS, conversational agents, and voice assistants).
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Location

Kattigenahalli, Bengaluru (Candidates located within 10 KM radius will be preferred).

Additional Considerations

• Prior experience in strategy, product innovation, or investor discussions will be an advantage.
• Exposure to frontier technologies such as Web3, AR/VR, or Generative AI is desirable.
• Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year
