Senior AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Excellence:

  Write clean, reusable, and maintainable Python code within a large, complex codebase.

• Unstructured Data Processing:

  Design and optimize workflows to extract meaningful information from complex PDF documents.

• Gen-AI & LLMs:

  Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) specifically for structured data extraction and information synthesis.

• Data Architecture:

  Leverage

  Databricks

  (and ideally

  Palantir Foundry

  ) to build and manage robust data pipelines.

• Collaboration:

  Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into broader software ecosystems.

Technical Requirements

• Senior-Level Python:

  Expert proficiency in Python with a strong background in software development best practices (CI/CD, unit testing, design patterns).

• PDF & Document Intelligence:

  Hands-on experience with OCR, layout analysis, and parsing unstructured document formats.

• Generative AI:

  Proven track record of using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.) for extraction tasks, including prompt engineering and RAG patterns.

• Cloud Data Platforms:

  Deep experience with

  Databricks
