Job Summary

Senior Techno-Functional Leader(AI)

This is a unique opportunity to drive transformative change within the healthcare sector, operating at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and large-scale integration efforts across our Chennai and Hyderabad operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic AI Integration:

  Drive the strategy for integrating complex AI, machine learning, and data solutions across diverse systems and business units resulting from the strategic initiative.

• Techno-Functional Alignment:

  Act as the primary liaison between executive business stakeholders, data science teams, legal/compliance, and engineering teams to translate high-level business objectives into robust, secure, and compliant AI solutions.

• End-to-End Execution:

  Oversee the entire AI solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and proof-of-concept design to scalable deployment and ongoing monitoring, ensuring operational readiness and value capture.

• Governance & Risk Management:

  Establish and enforce a comprehensive AI governance and data security framework specific to the program's requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating technical and operational risks, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, local data laws).

• Technical Advisory:

  Provide expert guidance on cutting-edge AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs, advanced analytics) to optimize integration outcomes and drive innovation where appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience

• 15+ years of progressive experience in IT, software development, or management consulting, with a strong focus on strategic programs or M&A integrations.
• 5+ years in a senior technical leadership role managing complex AI/ML projects and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare, with a deep understanding of data privacy and security requirements.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and driving consensus in highly dynamic and confidential environments.

• Skills:

• Deep technical acumen in software architecture, data modeling, cloud platforms (GCP or Azure), and AI/ML pipelines.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business issues clearly to executive leadership.
• High degree of professional discretion and integrity, capable of handling extremely sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of trust.
