Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager with proven industry experience in managing both advertisers and publishers. The ideal candidate should bring a strong network, deep understanding of CPI/CPA models, and a consistent record of delivering revenue growth through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Advertiser & Publisher Onboarding

Leverage your existing market network to bring in high-quality advertisers and affiliates

Set up campaigns and ensure seamless onboarding and tracking integration

🔹 Partnership Management

Build and maintain strong relationships on both demand and supply sides

Act as the primary point of contact for campaign planning, troubleshooting, and optimization

🔹 Performance & Revenue Growth

Take full ownership of campaign delivery, pacing, and optimization

Strategically grow monthly revenue through better yield, partner expansion, and upsells

🔹 Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor campaign performance (CPI, CPA, ROI) daily using tracking platforms

Troubleshoot discrepancies, resolve delivery issues, and maintain high traffic quality

🔹 Compliance & Quality Assurance

Ensure campaign compliance and fraud control across all partners

Regularly audit affiliate traffic and proactively handle anomalies

🔹 Analytics & Reporting

Share detailed internal performance reports

Use data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign strategies

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing

✅ Demonstrated experience managing both advertisers and publishers

✅ Strong grasp of mobile user acquisition and performance KPIs

✅ Proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica and other tracking tools

✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✅ Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive environment

✅ Self-motivated and outcome-oriented with strong market knowledge
