Role Overview

We are hiring a Sr Delivery Manager - Mobile with proven industry experience in managing both advertisers and publishers. The ideal candidate should bring a strong network, deep understanding of CPI/CPA models, and a consistent record of delivering revenue growth through performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new publishers while maintaining and nurturing strong relationships with existing partners.
• Develop a deep understanding of mobile performance campaign models such as CPI and CPA.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with advertisers and publisher to drive sustained revenue growth.
• Be proficient in performance marketing terminology and its application to real-world campaigns.
• Work hands-on with MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as Retention Rate, ARPU, ROI, and other mobile-specific metrics.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability within assigned verticals and territories.
• Design and implement strategies to support business growth and capture a larger share of digital/mobile ad spending.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure client KPIs are achieved and campaigns deliver optimal ROI.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
• Demonstrated experience managing both advertisers and publishers
• Strong grasp of mobile user acquisition and performance KPIs
• Proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust, Appmetrica and other tracking tools
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive environment
• Self-motivated and outcome-oriented with strong market knowledge
