Role Overview

Affiliate Account Manager – Mobile

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and nurture new publishers and advertisers while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with existing partners.
• Plan, launch, and optimize mobile affiliate campaigns across CPI, CPA, and other performance models.
• Drive and meet revenue targets by designing strategies to scale traffic and maximize ROI.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs such as Retention Rate, ARPU, ROI, and LTV to ensure campaigns deliver optimal results.
• Work hands-on with affiliate tracking platforms and MMPs (e.g., Affise, Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, Appmetrica).
• Stay ahead of mobile affiliate trends, negotiate competitive payouts, and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in mobile affiliate or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of CPI/CPA/CPL campaign models and mobile user acquisition
• Proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms and mobile measurement partners (MMPs)
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed revenue growth targets
• Self-driven, analytical mindset with a passion for affiliate marketing and mobile growth
