Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
What Youll Do:
* Call assigned leads via auto-dialer.
* Understand learners’ goals and recommend suitable upskilling programs.
* Build trust and schedule Video Counselling sessions with Admission Experts.
* Maintain CRM hygiene and consistently hit daily activity targets.
Your Daily KPIs:
* 300+ minutes of talk time
* 5+ VC bookings
* 80%+ lead connection
* Consistent revenue achievements
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years of EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad experience is a bonus!)
* Fluent spoken English and excellent communication
* Target-oriented mindset with strong persuasion skills
* Graduate or higher
Comfortable working 6 days/week in an Individual Contributor role
