Senior Admission Counselor

About the Role

As a Senior Admission Counselor or Admission Counselor at Masters' Union, you will be a trusted advisor to prospective learners. You will guide a diverse audience, from school students and their parents to seasoned professionals, through our innovative educational offerings, helping them make informed decisions to accelerate their careers.

Role Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective learners – from school students and their parents to seasoned professionals exploring executive programs.
• Conduct personalized counseling sessions and virtual product demonstrations to understand customer needs and suggest relevant courses.
• Follow up on leads diligently and convert interest into enrollment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets through effective sales strategies.
• Maintain a strong pipeline via CRM tools and update lead information accurately.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience.
• Proven success in B2C consultative sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across diverse segments – K–12, working professionals, and executive education.
• Strong understanding of education decision-making processes in households and among professionals.

Good to Have

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
