Find My Tuition is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counselor to lead and drive student admissions for Masters and Doctorate programs in the UK, US, and Australia. The ideal candidate will combine sales leadership, team management, and counselling expertise to help students achieve their international education goals while meeting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Counseling: Counsel prospective students and parents on program offerings, university tie-ups, application processes, visa requirements, and career outcomes for UK and US degree & doctorate programs.

Lead Management: Manage daily inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to convert leads into successful applications. Follow up on student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Program Awareness: Provide in-depth information about eligibility criteria, curriculum, tuition fees, scholarship options, and documentation required for application and visa processing.

Application Assistance: Support students throughout the admission process– from form filling, essay editing, and interview prep to submission of application packages.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities to maintain a high level of service and retention.

Sales Closure: Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals and achieve conversion targets.

Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets as set by the management.

Documentation: Ensure accurate maintenance of student records and application updates in CRM.

Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends in international education, admission criteria changes, and policy updates related to Australia and UK/US education.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in overseas International education, sales and counselling or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of US/UK and Australia higher education systems, especially Masters & Certification programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English(Required).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

FOR REFERENCE:

Working Hours:

• UK shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• US Shift- 21:30 PM – 06:30 AM
• Australia shift- 06:00 AM – 15:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
